Classes
Art-4-All, located near Gaston Avenue, Somerville, NJ, offers art classes for children and adults. There are courses for all ages and abilities as well as special parent-child classes and senior citizen discounts. Instruction is offered in drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, and various other art forms. Each course meets ONCE a week and features small classes to guarantee individual attention.

Media for Senior Citizens
Prior experience not necessary; a relaxing enjoyable art experience especially for beginners. Drawing, painting, collage, and ceramics are available. Concentration will be in the area of individual preference along with personal guidance from the instructor. Materials included with the exception of oil paints and a small charge for firing of ceramics.

Drawing & Painting for Adults
Exploration of various media (pencil, ink, watercolor, oil, acrylic) on paper, canvas, and board. Emphasis on basic technique and composition utilizing subject matter ranging from realistic still-life to abstraction. Open to all levels including beginners. Materials provided with the exception of oil paints.

This course is structured to cover a variety of sculpture techniques, including clay (pinch, coil, slab, and modeling) and/or simple hand-wrought jewelry (metals, paper, clay). No previous experience necessary. Some charge for metals and clay firing.
